Service Description

This a gentle healing that sends light to be used for healing and uplifting the recipient. Light can provide an emotional buffer when dealing with difficult situations and facilitate healing. What to expect: For full benefit, choose a place that you can sit and relax uninterrupted. You will receive a phone call at the time of your appointment. We will discuss any areas that you wish to focus on for the session. After we hang up, sit back, relax and receive. You may wish to play soft music. Falling asleep is normal and ok. Once the session is complete, I will call you back to check in. Permission and coordination are required for this healing to take place. Please provide a photo of the location in which you will be resting, for example, your chair, bed, yoga mat, etc...
